The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to get outside and take a walk every day.
In my video below, I talk about the benefits of walking every day and provide three different walking programs that you can follow to burn some body fat and improve your health.
Three Walking Programs
1- 30 minute walk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
2- Three 10 minute walks per day
3- 20 minute family walk before or after dinner
