How To Get Started With Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. It’s a great way to lose weight and improve your health.
Research shows that the easiest way to get started with intermittent fasting is to delay breakfast by 90 minutes and eat dinner 90 minutes sooner.
It really can be that simple. By eating breakfast later and dinner earlier, you are shortening your eating window and increasing the time in a fasted state.
When you have no food in your system, your body has to dip into stored energy such as fats and carbohydrates to burn up. Intimate fasting is a great way to burn body fat and improve your health.
It doesn’t have to be complicated. Just wait a little bit in the morning before you eat. Have a black cup of coffee or some green tea but don’t take in any calories for about 90 minutes. When it comes to dinner, eat a little bit earlier and then no snacks during the night. You can drink calorie-free liquids in the evening if you like.
