Intermittent Fasting Without A Gallbladder

If you had your gallbladder removed but still want to eat a low-carb, high-fat diet along with intermittent fasting, you have to make some modifications to your diet.

How To Do Intermittent Fasting Without a Gallbladder:

1- Don’t eat too much fat within one meal.

2- The one meal a day diet (OMAD) is not recommended.  When intermittent fasting, make sure you eat 2 to 3 meals spread out over a 6 to 8-hour eating window.

3- 16:8 or 18:6 is the recommended intermittent fasting schedule if you don’t have a gallbladder.

4- Try cooking with coconut oil. It’s 50% MCT oil. MCT oil does not require bile to be processed within the body.

5- Consider taking a digestive enzyme such as lipase.

In the video below, Mike Cola will explain the best intermittent fasting schedule and diet plan if you had your gallbladder removed & want to lose weight and improve your health.

Mike will first go over how the gallbladder functions within the body and then give you four tips on eating an intermittent fasting diet to get the best results.

I hope you find this video helpful.

Make sure you check with your doctor if you had your gallbladder removed before you make any dramatic change to your diet.
