The “Four Week Transformation Program” is designed to help you lose weight and build muscle in just 28 days. You will work with a personal trainer three times per week for 30 minutes, and follow a fat loss diet plan. This is a serious program with no cancellations allowed. We expect you to commit to attending three sessions per week and following the prescribed diet philosophy, which is designed to produce quick and effective results.
· $1,080 with half due upfront and the remainder payable two weeks after the start of the program.
· Partner training, which is when two people work out together, is offered at a 25% discount for each participant from our normal fees.
