2023 Gym Fee Schedule

Our billing operates on a monthly basis. You can schedule your appointments in advance and pay for the month at once. If you start in the middle of the month, your fee will be pro-rated. 

If you need to cancel an appointment, you must give at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is only possible if there are available times. Appointments cannot be carried over to the following month.

Our fees for personal training are as follows:

60 minute sessions

$125 per session if you train once per week, or $120 per session if you train two or more times per week.

45 minute sessions

$105 per session if you train once per week, or $100 per session if you train two or more times per week.

30 minute sessions

$80 per session if you train once per week, or $75 per session if you train two or more times per week.

Partner training is available

Partner training, which is when two people work out together, is offered at a 25% discount for each participant from our normal fees.

Our fees for weight loss coaching are as follows:

First session:

Lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, is $250.

Follow-up sessions

30 minutes long, are $125 each.

Our fees for the ‘Four Week Transformation Program’ are as follows:

$1,080 with half due upfront and the remainder payable two weeks after the start of the program.

Partner training, which is when two people work out together, is offered at a 25% discount for each participant from our normal fees.

Our fees for In-home personal training are available as follows:

$250 per session if you train once per week, or $240 per session if you train two or more times per week.

Our fees for the Start Program are available as follows:

60 minute sessions:

$350 which includes a fitness evaluation plus two one hour personal training sessions
