Calories count. They are not the only factor in losing weight, but they do matter. Tracking and counting calories for just a few weeks can be a real eye-opener for some people who don’t realize what foods in their diet are very high in calories.

To lose weight, you have to focus on three things.

  1. Good Food Quality
  2. Reducing Calories
  3. Experimenting with Food Timing (intermittent fasting)

 

 

In the video above, Mike Cola goes over a case study of one of his personal training clients who did not realize which foods were high in calories. Once they started counting calories, they began losing weight and improving their health.
