High Intensity Full Body Training (HIT) – Is a high intensity (HIT) form of resistance and aerobic training
Each class is limited to 4 participants. HIT training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for a predetermined amount of time and then move on to another exercise.
It involves doing a combination of body weight exercises, machines, kettle bells, cardio equipment, medicine balls and free weights utilizing a high intensity (HIT) style of training. No single class is the same.
High Intensity Full Body Training will increase your muscular strength and aerobic fitness while reshaping your body quickly.
Classes are $25 per 45-minute class…. First class is free; thereafter, you can sign up each month. You may join anytime for the remainder of the month.
