Our one-on-one trainers take great pride in tailoring a program to fit your personal fitness needs. Mike Cola Fitness offers a wide range of personal training programs including weight training, nutritional counseling, Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), body building, boot camp, one on one stretch, pre and post natal fitness, massage therapy, blood pressure and cholesterol reduction, osteoporosis prevention, post rehab, balance and speed training and alternative fitness (yoga, pilates, meditation).
At Mike Cola Fitness we want our fitness services to blend easily into your lifestyle. We will send a personal trainer, nutritional counselor or massage therapist to the location of your choice, including your home, office or outdoors. Or if you prefer, a private state-of-the-art fitness studio is also available. Starting and staying with a fitness program is never easy with a busy lifestyle.
